Q.Which country do you ship to?
We ship to Malaysia and Singapore only. You will find your shipping charges based on your shipping country.
Q.How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?
- ChenChen will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours, except for item(s) under BACKORDER.
- If your order consists of both in-stock & backorder item(s), we will ship together once backorder item(s) arrived.
Backorder items usually take approximately 3-4 weeks to arrive and will ship thereafter. However, the estimated time for backorder items are not guaranteed.
Q.What if my parcel goes missing?
- Do note that as soon as the parcel is shipped from our side, the liability of the parcel lies with the courier service and we are not responsible for any lost of parcel.
