Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE                                                                                                                                   

Can I exchange if the sizing/fitting doesn’t fit me?                                                           

  1. Sales items are strictly non-returnable.
  2. We do not offer exchanges but accept returns.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. You will receive a voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s).                                                                                   
  2. Delivery fees for returning your order are non-refundable.
  3. Non-returnable items include: Sales items (e.g., Mother’s Day, Christmas codes, and other promotional codes).
  4. Intimates, accessories, bags, and other items specifically marked as non-returnable.                                                                                   
  5. A processing fee of RM6 (WM) & RM10 (EM) will be deducted from your store credits if free shipping was provided for the order.
  6. Vouchers can be used to purchase your preferred item.

 

VOUCHER COUPON                                                                                                             

  1. Vouchers used on returned orders are non-refundable.
  2. If the remaining order total (after a return) no longer qualifies for promotions (e.g., free shipping, discounts, vouchers, or free gifts), refunds will be adjusted.
  3. Free gifts must also be returned.

 

REFUND METHODS                                                                                                                           

  1. Malaysia Customers: Refunds via Promo Code within 5–7 working days after QC completion.
  2. Singapore Customers: Refunds via Promo Code within 7 working days after QC completion.                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS 

Defective or incorrect item(s): Contact customer service at hello@chenchenselect.com directly.                                                                                                                                 

For general returns and refunds:                                                                                                    

  1. Please email the item description (video and image evidence of defects.) and parcel tracking number to hello@chenchenselect.com. 
  2. Please mind that proof of defect will be VERIFIED by CHENCHEN.
  3. Ship items back within 5 working days (Malaysia),10 working days (Outside Malaysia).
  4. Returns not meeting criteria (e.g., no original packaging or late returns) will incur a fee of RM10.
  5. Return parcels take 3–5 working days to process after received.
  6. CHENCHEN will inspect items within 2-3 working days of received.
  7. You will receive an email with the QC results.
  8. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after QC completion.              

Approval Timeline:                                                                                                               

After submitting a return request, please allow 2–3 working days for approval and the return address (excluding weekends and public holidays).                                                

**The approval and return address processing time will not count toward the 7-day return period.                                                                                                                                                               

Return Approved:

Please send the item to the return address provided in the approval email. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with the next steps. PRODUCT CONDITIONS                                                                                                     

  1. Items must be in original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered).                                                                                   
  2. Ensure proper packaging—returns with poor or no packaging, other than the original, will not be accepted.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

ONE RETURN PER ORDER                                                                                                  

Only one return request is allowed per order. Include all items in the same application.                                                                                                                           

SHIPPING & DELIVERY                                                                                                        

  1. Use a trackable courier service for returns.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.              
  3. Choose a reliable courier service and ensure delivery during working hours only                                                       

LOST/DAMAGED IN TRANSIT                                                                                                         

If a courier misplaces your return or if the parcel is damaged during transit, we’ll help out, but we are unable to cover the claim or cost.
